My windshield wipers (motor, not the blades) died as I passed through Lafayette on a road trip, in the middle of tropical storm remnants that lit up the whole state in green/yellow on the radar. I was stranded until my wipers were fixed. I paid about $300 and have no idea if that's a bargain, but they had me in and out in just over an hour with no appointment on a Saturday morning. I know I saw at least 4 other sets of keys/orders on the desk but Ben took mine and pulled my van in immediately. As a lady traveling alone trying to get home quick that was priceless.
Wow, this place was so amazing. My friends car was acting really funny on the highway, and they checked it out and helped us to figure out what was wrong. They were so friendly, patient and helpful. Would recommend them ten times out of ten.
My daughter is a student at Purdue and her alternator started to fail. Since We're 2 1/2 hours away, I looked up a few shops with good reviews and requested quotes from three of them. AAS came back with the best quote and my daughter said they got her in right away and were nice to work with and had a nice waiting area.
The team at American Automotive truly saved our day! We were driving from Chicago to Nashville when we noticed a leak coming from our AC. Not only did they squeeze us in their schedule on a Friday afternoon on extremely short notice but we were in and out of the shop in no time. These guys are extremely welcoming and friendly! 110% recommended.
